Cayenne Tincture vs Tabasco for AFIB arrest

Hello dears,

I've been reading about the use of Cayenne Tincture (drops in water) to stop AFIB attacks.

I live in an area where the Tincture is not easily obtained, yet the red Tabasco (cayenne juice with vinegar) is in ample supply.

Can someone give the equivalent Tabasco dosage. For example, x ounces of Tabasco sauce is equivalent to y drops of Cayenne Tincture.
