Any such combo is good if you can handle it. You attack them via different pathways instead of one. Reg enhanced effects well we don't really have detailed studies on it.

But in general pyrantel pamoate + praziquantel aimed at flukes and tapes.

Pyrantel pamoate + iver aimed at roundworms.

Pyrantel pamoate + albendazole aimed at more or less them all.
