cold sore came on insanely fast and large. what to do? never had one like this...

cold sore came on insanely fast and large. what to do? i have had trouble sleeping lately. in addition i have been dealing with some liver pain (right quadrant, assumed liver, stones or something perhaps). i have had liver pain like this before but it got better. i do not have an official diagnosis of herpes or hepatitis but it seems like i may have a combination of those amongst other conditions. as of an hour ago or so, i felt a cold sore like zit type swelling on my lower left lip. i have had these before but nothing ever this big. it has swelled up drastically. i don't know what to do for it. i realize i need lots of rest but im not sure if that is going to be possible for awhile. i put some oregano oil on it and am simply trying not to freak out but it is really swelled up and scary. i also feel like im starting to salivate through my lips because the swelling on this one side prevents my mouth from closing properly :/ it is several square centimeters and looks really puffy.

planning on avoiding all toxins as much as possible and processed foods for awhile. what else can i do for this? what supplements are bad or good for reducing this swelling and getting over it? thanks.. Tweet
