Infection from Probiotic supplement?

Infection from Probiotic supplement?
Do you think a probiotic supplement could cause Gastritis?

I took a probiotic called Prescript-Assist and for six months afterwards I've had chronic nausea after eating. I have to take Dexilant to improve it. I thought maybe I had picked up H. Pylori, but a blood test came back negative. After going back and reviewing Prescript-assist I know it contains potentially pathogenic spore-forming bacteria originating from soil.

I find nothing but glowing statements about prescript assist, but I'm worried it gave me a gut infection that's causing gastritis. How can this be tested? A stool analysis?

And I've had a CT scan that showed no physical abnormalities.

Do you think it could be something like Anemia?
