Get a good chiropractor's opinion and go from there. They can tell if the disc is just bulging from fluid being offset in it and can push it back or they can tell you that you're going to have to have it fixed surgically. Dr. Ken Sutter owner of this forum is a chiropractor who uses Thompson table and has had 32 years experience. He uses hands on traction rather than a traction table. find a chiropractor--it's going to be an old one with experience, and find out.
There's a difference between a herniated disc that needs surgery and a slipped disc that a good chiropractor can fix.
