Body out of whack! Is it hormones, where to start?

Hi there, This is my first time posting- forgive me if I'm doing this wrong...I am having problems and need some sound advice as everything I read on the internet contradicts each other.
Sorry if this is winded- but here is my story:
38 year old female, 3 kids within 2 years, TONS of stress. I have a tubal ligation in 2008, then I starting waking in the night with panic attacks. I know my cortisol was probably high, looking back. This went on a few years, eventually faded but then I was always tired, low, and dizzy. Made the mistake of starting thyroid meds for ten days before I quit due to almost DYING- symtoms went on for 6 months straight with no breaks- shaking, nausea, extreme dizziness, couldn't stand, severe tinnitus, extreme dry mouth like I was licking sand 24/7, couldn't eat, loose stools, brain zapping- could NOT fall asleep until I was prescribed Xanax bc everyone thought I was crazy by this point. My urine cortisol was triple what it should have been and I was sent to specialists everywhere, with no answers. I asked to take Remeron, for sleep and to lower my cortisol levels- as I didn't know what else to do and just wanted to die. it eventually after a few months helped me to sleep and my dizziness started to fade so I could stand again. The shaking lessened. Most symptoms are better, but My ears still ring, I still wake in the night *I did saliva cortisol tests and this is high in the middle of the night still but low every other time of day. I get dizzy and cant focus when I talk to people face to face, and go into stores with weird lighting. I have tested my progesterone and estrogen and progesterone was on the low end. I am 5'3 and very fat- about 155lbs but most is loose fat. Stomach, back of arms, back, thighs, hips. I cannot lose weight despite moderate 30-45 minute zumba exercise/ weights and a lower calorie diet with lean organic meats and good veggies and oils even if calories are at 1200-1300. I have HAD it and am sick of waking up in the middle of the night, the dizziness (I have been confirmed to have reactive hypoglycemia by the GTT test). The tinnitus has been going on two years without a break and very frustrating. I'm sick of gaining weight no matter what I do and want to lose it. (I know my adrenals are not good. Also thyroid levels of t3 low, rest look good, last RT3 test was high though.) I cant take b5 as it makes me extremely dizzy!
Any ideas of what is going on? And what to take, how much, and diet/ etc ideas? is it insulin problems? THANK YOU!!!
