Re: Finally large ropeworms exiting!

It's only the second time I've done an mms enema and the first time I didn't prepare it properly and it didn't work. I just did a cleaning enema first and then just a glass of 4 drops of each mms, citric acid and dmso the same amount as I have been drinking it hourly. I did however almost stand on my head so it would reach as far up as possible:)
