Re: Help with Fibromyalgia

I have it to and realize that diet changes really help. I took some expensive vitamins that are very good but later found they contained soy. Soy is one thing I have been avoiding, lecithin, gluten and GMO's. Most of the time mine is general pain but sometimes with the weather the pain is severe and the fatigue is bad. But I believe there is hope and agree that most foods are void of vitamins and vitamins are very necessary. As far as cleaning, I can not use much of anything and avoid cleaning because it makes me dizzy. It would be good to know more about where to get good cleaning supplies. Most have toxins in them except for like plain vinegar.
