can pimples be part of detox side effect when using mms?

I am using mms for allergy and constant fatigue. this is my day 6. my allergy symptom are 90% gone!
but i started receiving pimples on my face and they are increasing daily.
so is it normal? i hope its part of the cleanse effect?
