Most probably bacterial overgrowth. Not saying you dont have yeast but bacterial is more likely. Why not tell your parents? Is nothing to be ashamed of - you just have a medical problem. Maybe they can help who knows. Candida diet helps alleviate symptoms of bacterial overgrowth also but its not the cure.
