Day 3 - last night LOTS of gas, figured out it may be the organic cayenne...

Hi Everyone! I slept fine last night (usually do) but had constant gas for hours. I couldn't figure out what is was because this has never happened in past Master Cleanses. I just realized that it's likely the cayenne(this time around I bought a good, organic cayenne (by Simply Organics) from the health food store). How did I figure this out, you ask? Well, as soon as a I have a sip of the lemonade, my stomach starts to churn and rumble - almost cramping (like with the Smooth Move tea in the past, which, incidentally I didn't take last night/do a swf this morning because things seem to be moving quite well, thank you very much)and then I poop! :0 )I'm guessing that will slow down as the cleanse progresses, however, I make the lemonade the night before (tip: In the past I only had a small juice pitcher and found myself CONSTANTLY making the stuff, which was a pain, now I have a 2L pitcher, which I fill up and that has lasted me a day and a half now. Note: I don't add the cayenne until it's in my glass about to drink because in the past, I've found it to get stronger in water (it's not water soluble)and so far, it's been fine. I ran some brief errands but have been mostly finding myself feeling more meditative and focussing on what my body is going to do and just enjoying the opportunity to do this again. I am dreading (a little bit) the body aches/pains I've experienced in the past, but there's no guarantee they'll happen again during this cleanse. We'll see! Happy cleansing everyone! : 0 )
