Ive done ACV enemas, and they are great about killing candida. But just use a little bit of caution as it can cause problems. I find that fresh garlic water that has been broiled in water and then strained is much more effective in killing candida and parasites. Even after the enema it will continue to kill candida and "little friends" for several days.
