The lucky ones
I once read that those who had an immediate reaction to sweeteners are the lucky ones.
Like a rash, itch or dizzyness.
Because, they learn that the health government et al is not right when they claim it is safe. And, a rash is not very serious, compared to other conditions listed in the two links.
My son is one of them, as when I was pregnant with him, I used a sweetener for my tea, an attempt fo avoid putting on too much weight,. Stupid, but I didnt know better back then.
It caused a condition called pregnancy itch, and I had a terrible rash as well. I quit of course. But my son inherited this sensitivity..
-or toxicity.
The other day he had some ice tea which he didnt check.. it caused blisters and a rash on his arms. Last time he made this mistake, it was located in his armpits. Just a glass or two of it was too much.
This time he realized he has to read ingredient labels, before.. and say no when someone offer him a drink without knowing whats in it.
