I suggest to change type; as calcium is an antagonist to magnesium. And, most of us are low on magnesium, which may cause chest tightness.

Further, the calcium may prevent uptake of magnesium, as it causes the stomach acid to be too alkaline.

I suggest ascorbic acid, magnesium ascorbate or natrium ascorbate as vit.C-supplement
