Ear mold causing hyperacusis n tinnitus?

I am wondering about something, but dr's have only said something about my ears appearing irritated when wearing earplugs too long, and noone has said anything about thinking their is any sort of ear fungus. Do you think someone can have inner ear mold or fungus? What are symptoms? What are some natural cures? I have had severe tinnitus n hyperacusis a while, and it is likely initially caused by an eardrum perforation from yrs ago, where I was hit in the head by a guy. The symptoms didn't appear til yrs later. But could ear fungus or mold aggravate symptoms? Is there possibility of growth in the ears where dr's don't notice? Also, my eardrum was perforated many yrs ago but has healed. Should I still avoid all eardrops? Tweet
