Thanks for the information. My brother was taking a drug for his ADD/ADHD at least 5 months prior to his first psychotic episode.

According to the book titled "Your Drug Maybe the Problem" talks about that you would have to slowly and gradually withdrawal any type of psychiatric drugs.This is something that is over looked.

As of now I'm trying to figure out what brand name or what type of Niacin my brother should take and everything else.
