Re: Candida Diet Question Regarding Corn Chips and Black Beans?

I have had no issues with any whole-bean legumes keeping candida alive.

Corn chips are a weird one, though, for me. I have been eating corn tortillas and chips pretty much all along, but I gave them up a few weeks ago and discovered they indeed had been interfering with my healing. What I am not sure of is if it is b/c of candida being kept alive, or b/c of an allergy/intolerance. And I know from past experience that eating allergens will in turn keep candid alive. And I am not sure if there is a dif between organic and non-organic because of the Genetically-Modified-Organisms issue. I will probably check that out at a future date, but I felt so much better when I stopped eating them, it may not be for some time.
