I suspect I have a yeast/candida problem and wanted to start taking some probiotic capsules something like the x1 a day with all the good bacteria strains. I came across how to make milk kefir from grains recently so should I take this instead?
How much milk kefir would be equivalent to say a capsule? Is one better than the other? I am diabetic and have took lots of Antibiotics over the years. I have dry skin, bad dandruff, intense Sugar cravings, fatigue etc.. I am hoping along with eating better (less processed junk) a probiotic can help me. Any thoughts are appreciated.
