I am new to colon hydrotherapy,I am also a male.I bought a Colema colon board and did my first cleaning yesterday.I immediately started passing some really nasty mucus and other things.About half way through the procedure I got really nauseated and had to get off the colon board and vomit,I am sure it was from passing all that junk.After vomiting I felt better and finished the procedure.I will try it again today.Having to vomit was a small price to pay for the great feeling afterward.Don't give up hope on your colonic,try it again,good luck.
