The albedazole basically disables the worms ability to absorb nutrients while you are taking it and for a little while after you stop so it starves to death. With bigger worms this takes time. You can increase the concentrations in your body by eating 40 grams of fat with each dose. If you drink grapefruit juice it increases the concentration in your system by blocking a liver enzyme so the drug doesn't get processed out as quickly. Be careful if you are on other meds if you try the grapefruit juice route. That is how I killed my big worm. It was about 5 inches long. I wish I could have collected it but I was in a public restroom at the time and had no Cell Phone on me to get a pic. Tweet
