Mirena Anxiety /Panic Attacks help Pleas

Mirena Anxiety help and advice needed .

Hi , Im 33 y old , mirena free for two months , had mirena for 2,5 y . Done very well for two years with mirena ,than started having side effects like Acne , weight loss , mood swings hair loss/thinning . Than on the end of March 2014 the the real hell started . Foggy thinking Followed by severe mood swing and nervousness I started having panic attacks and anxiety lets say on scale 0-10 like 10 all the time That made me google mirena and anxiety and I removed it right away ! And Im happily married , have a healthy child and not really problems in life . I was very fit , work out 3-4 times a week and healthy organic diet . Now my looks resemble almost an anorectic person .
So coming back to the topic , I have been anxious almost now for two month with the exception that three days after removal I had a brake for teen beautiful days ! It all came back after that . I had already one period a months after removal , there my anxiety was the worst ! I am seeing psychiatrist for behavioral therapy just to help me to go truth this , I come from Europe and I am alone here (no really friends and family ) . I have a real fear that I might be schizophrenic - I know that sounds crazy but my sister is suffering from this , so my first response was - is this beginning of schizophrenia ??? I don't have symptoms but the constant anxiety makes me thinking of that . After fighting for two months I am thinking to go on Medication I am egzosted , I read that many of you took zolofit . Is there other good medication for anxiety ? Is it truth that after the meds all emotions are gone ? is this highly addictive ? I am scared to take it but also I can't live like this ! I am a primary care to my 3 years old son , he needs me .
Ps. My lab results show hight testosterone and cortisol , I developed also a thyroid disease -hasimoto , and they suspect that I don't hold a Sugar (diabetes ) but I need further tests next week .
