Uninvited Solicitation via CZ inbox

Unsolicited solicitation via CZ inbox disallows me the option to respond to Lifetechnologydotcom's message to provide me with the cure for tobacco addiction by purchasing their product, online, whatever it is.

Additionally, I've been offline for a while and everything is altered to such a degree that I barely recognize CZ, at all!  WTF?!  It wasn't broken, before!!  Why try to fix something that wasn't even broken?

Oh, well........
