Lineup, thanks for the input. I've read a lot of your threads so I know how much experience you have on this topic.
I've seen many smaller versions of the worm in the first pic (2-4
cm long) in the stool after starting Alben/Prazi. Always with the oval head and sharp, hook-like tail.
No rice in the stool, but little white chunks that have the same consistency as the fluke material with a lot of tomato skins, makes me think that they are getting shredded/digested with the meds or DE.
I've had 5 negative O&P stool tests and 2 metametrix tests with a PPTU result. Went to Cahill, he found EH, prescribed doxy/paro and I tested negative on 2 follow ups but still had symptoms so even if the PPTU was EH, that wasn't the root cause of my symptoms. That was about 8 months before I started passing any worm/flukey stuff.
