Re: Oxypowder the same day of the flush ?

I hoped that there was no built up in the colon. Actually originally I read this on the Oxypowder site
and later when I wanted to be cheaper I sometimes used some ES instead. After the flush it was mainly water. I never did a colonic like Andreas suggested.
BTW there are some flushes that people just eat during
the day but I did not want to have to look through fecal matter.
