Maximum flaxseed can eat for parasite worms? And pumpkin seeds?

I keep reading to only use 2 spoons of flaxseed, n as good as it tastes, that's not enough. Some talk of using 1 cup, or part of one cup... from what I've seen people use up to 2 cups in recipes, though I don't know that that's an amt they are okay to eat in one sitting. I haven't seemed to acquire any new symptoms after eating random amts larger than 2 spoons. I make sure to not eat an entire bowlful, but it has been probably at least half a cupfull sometimes... I doubt i ate an entire cup. Is this something I should not be doing? I read it can possibly cause internal bleeding, but I'm not sure about the source. Seems most pages say at the worst may cause a few stomach problems, like diarhea or something.
I have read that RAW flaxseeds can be dangerous because of cyanide, though I've read something about farm animals eating 2 lbs of it, so it can't be that dangerous, can it? They were eating flaxseeds it said. Also, I've read too many pumpkin seeds is dangerous. So what's the maximum amt someone can eat in a day?
