That All, that was all very interesting!! Judia - he hasn't been on the cleanse and I've been dropping subtle, and not so subtle, hints that he could benefit from it. But having read your post I shall copy paste and forward it onto him. Because he always has psoraisis and a few times a year he does get the bleeding as well. But he resloutely 'ignores' it.

He's had it since childhood, as he was a jaundice baby, not breastfed, and had big complications with pneumonia and bronchitis which led to HUGE amounts of anti-biotics. This is where I think most of his problems stem from. His diet is pretty good but having made him aware of the candida he has realised his LOVE of bread is a strong sign. He's slowly seing it but.... (mind you it took me 33 yrs to get to this point so..)

Pepe, the flaxseed oil is great. In NZ where we're from it's readily available and we both use it. Here we've been trying out the local speciality of sesame oil which is good but not such a 'wonder' oil.
