Have you tried live blood assessment where they prick your finger and visually inspect your blood under a microscope? I've had 4 of them and have a pretty good idea what I'm fighting. Might not answer everything but will give you some more ammo for sure. Do a google search for live blood assessment or live blood analysis. It should only cost about 100 - 125 dollars or so.
