I need a roommate but I'm infected

Here's the situation. I've been infected with parasites, I think pinworms, that are literally crawling all over my body and especially on my face. Due to my financial situation, I can't pay rent all by myself anymore, I initially denied having a roommate because of my fear that I will infect them.

But, due to my financial situation I can't pay rent by myself anymore. And I really need this extra help

So I put up an ad for a roommate. Someone replied ... But... this isn't right! I'm infected totally and to bring an unsuspecting person to get infected as well is horrible. What do I do though? I really have no choice, financially... Do I tell the potential roommate beforehand about this? Do I keep mum? What's the best way to do this?
