Re: Drinking 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide for candida

Hey its Dino So i really apologize for being away for so long, moved to canada to play hockey and got off the whole program. I noticed some basic health improvements but eventually got off the peroxide because I didnt really notice any improvements with my seb dermatitis. Maybe I didnt stick with it long enough. Anyway I must say I am nowhere near cured or anything but my skin is at its best than its ever been. I have stopped using soap completely on my face and now just wash it with water which definitely helps. Its always scary to try new things when dealing with seb derm wondering how your going to look after but I would say to stop using all soaps on the face. I also take a multivitamin, vitamin E, aloe vera pill and I have a prescribed medication for my stomach called dicyclomine which seems to help, all of those I take daily and definitely help with my facial seb derm no doubt about it. Thats really all the advice I have for now, still dealing with it but its in the best condition of my life. I am really interested to try washing my face with salt water (unrefined or dead sea salt). It seems like anything natural is really the only way and that makes alot of sense to me being the natural water in the ocean and sea. I am going to try it someday, might wait till winter time tho when it starts getting worse. sorry again for not keeping posted-Dino
