Liver Flush Gallstones - Dissolving stones

I recently went into the doctors office with Gallstones. I was told that the stone (1cm) was too large for me to pass on my own. I wanted to know if the flush would still be considered safe to try and if there were any natural ways to dissolve the stones before the cleanse as a preventative measure. The last thing I want is to have to have my Gallbladder removed anyway because of a stone getting caught in the duct.
