Re: AF or parasites and what to treat first?

From my experience the intestines and adrenals/nervous system are directly connected. You will have adrenal problems if you have gut issues, and vice versa. I never focused on the adrenals when I was healing my gut, and that was what made me crash (which I'm still trying to recover from). I just assumed it's a "normal detox response".

You have to address both. You will no longer need to be on the prescription anxiety meds (I was on antidepressants and anti anxiety meds for a while also). I honestly suggest you start coming off of them b/c the sooner you do so, the easier it will be later on. Those meds rlly can mess up the adrenals/gut. Anxiety and mental/emotional issues rlly stem from gut issues since like over 80% of your neurotransmitters are located in the gut.

I was also diagnosed with "IBS". That's a very typical diagnosis to be given but it doesn't really tell you much. Dysbiosis (candida/parasites/bad bacteria), leaky gut, food sensitities all can cause inflammation in the intestines. I was wrongly diagnosed with crohn's b/c I had so much inflammation stemming from my dysbiosis/leaky gut issues.

It's rlly all about doing the right things at the right time, to avoid weakening your adrenal system before you heal your gut. Like I said, I COMPLETELY neglected the adrenal system and I was just overdoing all the gut stuff, which prolonged my process. I'm more than 90% healed from the gut issues now but I'm too weak to finish the healing b/c of the crash I endured 2 years ago. You can easily avoid this though. I sent you a PM.
