fungus. my hair has died

Dears,
before two years Ago, I have seen that my hair is falling too much then I went to dermatologist and after that he told me that I have fungus and he gave me anti-fungal pills, anti-fungal cream and anti-fungal shampoo for rounds in months, this resulted to become the hair falling a small but it was not permanent solution, after it finished the failing started Again too much then I bought antifugal kit from ealthyhairplus antifungal-treatment-kit

and this resulted to stop the hair falling little bit but not permanent solution. from that date upto now, my hair has been falling, so see this. see my

I need please a good advise about how to rid of this bad fungus in my hair, now my scalp and the hair is too much dandruff and the scalp become oily as you can see from the photo. PLEASE ADVISE THE BEST NATURAL AND MEDICAL OR REMEDIES FOR KILLING THIS FUNGUS AND RESTORING MY HAIR.I'M YOUNG BUT LOOKS OLD DUE THE Baldness.
