Studies have shown that insufflation techniques are equally effective at delivering as RHP. This would include vaginal or rectal insufflations. Purchasing a quality device makes more economical sense. Synergy makes a decent machine for about $400 (you only need the single stage device, not the more expensive one)>

Glutathione can be an effective treatment and I found the only GSH is the liposomal form, where oral forms are not effective and a waste of money. I used Readisorb. Glutathione is a potent detoxifier and should be used with caution. It is best to start with 1/4 teaspoon which is 25% the recommended dose. Move up gradually.

RA is likely caused by a resistant bacteria or protozoa. I have a protocol from someone who says they have broken resistant organisms. PM if you are interested.
