I'm approaching the end of a 14-day juice fast & have done things differently this time by incorporating lots of broth into it to try & heal my gut.
I am unsure as to fat & protein content of broth but I imagine both are prevalent to some degree & therefore suspect breaking the fast might be a little different for me.
I will also be going back onto an anti-candida diet so need to follow protocol for that. Am thinking vegetable soup & smoothies with coconut milk for the first day - would natural hemp protein be okay to have too?
How long should I wait before having chicken, fish etc?
