Could you share more specifically some of the food you ate. Did you eat every 2 hours? Balance carbs to fats? More carbs? Fats? Certain supplements? The night waking is now ridiculous to me. I'm out right aggravated that the only valid offer my MD doc can makeb is a tricyclic sleep Rx and my ND has me on a ton of supplements yet I'm awoken by acid reflux, hunger, and thoughts of stessors in my life.
