Lets remember that radiation is needed. In a simple example;
-Uranium decay creates top soil
-we extract that Uranium and concentrate it
-use it to create electricity
-and then?
-well those countries NOT governed by the NWO do this
--mill it and mix with boric acid to stop further isotopes
--mix with rubble and cement that cures in water
--then pump it back into the mine it came from which was filled with water to make sure it would not collapse

Then there is the NWO way of disposing it..
