Multiple sclerosis and iodine
I was wondering if
Iodine supplementation can help with MS? I had a long time client come in today that I hadn't seen in months. She has been sick off and on for the last few months, she had her gallbladder removed (I'm not sure why) and was having a lot of vomiting after and was fainting a lot. When she came in today she looked practically dead. She told me that her doctors now think she has MS because they found that her brain was very inflamed, she is even having trouble speaking, sort of slow slurred speech almost like that of a person who's had a stroke. They also said they suspect she might have lymphoma. She said they asked her nothing about her diet and told her if she has an appetite (which she said she does) that to eat whatever she wants even if it is ice creams/sweets! She is taking no supplements except for iron because she is also anemic. Oh and she also has h pylori which she said she took some kind of
Antibiotic for several days for it but it made her feel so awful she had to stop taking it.
I would think without a doubt the
Iodine protocol could help her, correct? She has no family that lives close by so I am hoping to be able to help her with whatever she may need and give her some guidance on diet, supplements etc. Although everything she has going on is pretty far out of my realm of knowledge for the most part. Anyone have any advice I could give her??
