Re: Get to a dermatologist

Many people don't want to risk a keloid or scarring, and are willing to work with non-surgical procedures to remove a cyst that is not life threatening. Some people simply can not afford or have the means to travel to see a physician as you suggested, although that is good advice. If medical treatment were free, affordable and available, most people would immediately seek medical treatment. But that is not the case. ACV alone and perhaps castor oil alone may not treat all cysts. However there is significant data supporting that dermoid cysts can be treated with natural, non-toxic products over a period of time.
