Pinworms in toddler HELP

Hi everyone, brand new here. I have been doing some reading and just want to cry now.

I am 99.99% sure my almost 4yo has pinworms, so then my 2yo probably does/will and my husband and I. Her best friend was diagnosed a couple of weeks ago after night wakings and painful urination.

Today, my daughter started scratching her bottom saying it hurts and itches. Soooo.

As soon as her best friend was diagnosed, I started to give my kids 1 teaspoon of diatomaceous earth once a day mixed in yogurt, and 1 TBS for me. I went to buy pin x tonight but the pharmacy was closed, now I am glad because it made me google, which led me here.

What can I give my toddlers for this? They are probably the pickiest eaters alive, so I don't know how I can get them to eat/drink any of the stuff I am reading about.
