Ear Insufflation and Noise

I have just started drinking ozonated water. I bought a table top machine from ebay that does 1000 mg/h. I would like to do ear insufflation, and stuck the tube in my ear but the noise of the motor goes right through the tube and it's pretty loud so I can't do it very long. Is everybody's machine the same ? I'm afraid if I go on, I'm going to go deaf. I am wondering if the stethoscope quietens down the noise, and if so where do you buy these ?
