Zookeeper Niels Melchiorsen in the Zoological Garden of Copenhagen, Denmark confirms that both chimpanzees and tapirs prefer organically grown bananas. Getting the choice between a conventional and organically grown banana, sellect the ten out of ten cases the organic. If they are offeren only conventional banana they peel it. Getting the organic banana, they eat it with the peel.

edit; eh, I also eat the organic bananas without peel, but you get the drift..:)
