How many different supplements have you taken to try and heal your "AF"?

If I don't eat enough carbs in a day, I have a hard time falling asleep. Under-eating can cause insomnia. Isn't that one of your problems?

So what did your GP say about getting you into an anorexia treatment center? Did you mention to them that you might have refeeding syndrome also? Tweet
