I have similar problem like you. Recently I started to inject doramectin into the tissue where the worms are located directly. I did it on my face on my leg and on my shoulder. It seems helps a bit. But it will take a few injections to work.
Doramectin is pretty soft in formulation in which seasome oil are the big part. You won't feel any discomfort if you inject slowly.
