Look at the top producers of rapeseed oil: EU, Canada, and China.

I don't even think it's purely the oil that causes problems, but the constituents not filtered from the oil completely, especially the neurotoxic herbicides and whatever other damage associated.

Keep in mind that wheat et al. are also sprayed with similar herbicides that can easily become bioactive in many warmblooded animals (humans).
