Strongyloid hyperinfection organ issues

well as of late worms have now been falling out of my nose and I believe my liver/gallbladder/pancreatic duct is blocked because my stools are still grey and pale.

But I think I have a hyperinfection because my kidney/liver/head have constant pains.

I believe they have entered the brain tissue, should I be worried of that?
I'm thinking of the dangers of not taking action. I current inventory is valbazen and ivermectin but I have not started dosing yet im waiting for labs to come back which take forever.... But I don't know if I can wait longer my head/top of head is giving me headaches. At first I thought the worms were in the tissue aspect of the face and head. But now I think they are in the brain which can result in death. Any ideas?
