Flush #15 report

A few months have passed and I feel that "blocked up aggitated" feeling again, so I thought, time to flush.

This time, I followed Telman's approach of laying on my left side and also drinking the oil 1/2 hour earlier. I also used a heat pack on my liver.

Results were good.. alot of chaf, small pee stones, several green stones and approx 3 larger tan stones.

Had to run to the toilet for one more purge after I had laid down, but this didn't seem to upset the flush.

Feel better already. Was not an easy flush - it took alot out of me but worth it.
