Any type of pepper will contain capsaicin, which has been shown to be anti-fungal. Hotter peppers contain higher quantities of it. Cayenne pepper is commonly found on the spice aisle in ground form. Same with chili powder. You can add these ground spices to foods or consume whole peppers, or both. Along with jalapeno peppers, serrano and any type of chili peppers will give you plenty of capsaicin.
