I have all of these supplements, just don't know how much to take. As of now, I'm on 3,000 mg. niacin, 300mg. multiple B, 1200 D3, 60,000 C (so much for arthritis), 770mg. calcium, magnesium 660, 30mg. zinc, flax 7,400 organic comprised of 7,400 omega 3, 2,800 omega 9, 1,900 omega 6. I don't know if I'm taking enough of everything and should be patient or keep increasing. My issue is trichotillomania and it's driving me nuts.
