Add cautionary note to AF support section about under-eating

On one of the fasting forums, there's a cautionary note at the top warning about fasting and gallstones.

I recommend adding a cautionary note to the top of the AF support forum warning about under-eating.

Regardless of the ongoing debate about so-called "Adrenal Fatigue", certain facts about it can't be denied:

1-- "Adrenal Fatigue" is supposedly a condition caused by too much prolonged stress and some people think "AF" is just a renaming of the General Adaptation Syndrome. However, starvation is identified as a cause of stress, so if "AF" is real, starvation would be one possible cause.

"General adaptation syndrome, or GAS, is a term used to describe the body's short-term and long-term reactions to stress.

Stressors in humans include such physical stressors as starvation, being hit by a car, or suffering through severe weather.

Stage 2 might also be named the stage of adaptation, instead of the stage of resistance. During this phase, if the stress continues, the body adapts to the stressors it is exposed to. Changes at many levels take place in order to reduce the effect of the stressor. For example, if the stressor is starvation (possibly due to anorexia), the person might experienced a reduced desire for physical activity to conserve energy, and the absorption of nutrients from food might be maximized."

2-- The symptoms of starvation are practically the same as all the alleged symptoms listed for "AF", so to avoid a possible misdiagnosis, people need to be informed that their symptoms may be due to prolonged calorie-restriction instead.

3-- A lot of people in the AF support forum have mentioned that they have a history of calorie-restriction or eating disorders, but hardly anyone in the support forum is warning new people to make sure they are not under-eating.

I suggest posting some type of cautionary note to the top of the AF support forum like this:

CAUTION: The symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue are very similar to the symptoms of malnutrition due to starvation, such as from accidental under-eating, or eating disorders, like anorexia and bulimia. Calorie-restriction can cause great fatigue to the body, so make sure you're getting adequate calories for your age, gender, and physical activity level. An official guide for calorie-intake can be found here:
