Re: Deodorants and new diet

Hahaha, yes, it's a long time. You'd think I'd have it figured out by now, right?

I have not tried all of the diets for extended periods of time, no. Sugarless and dairy-free diets are helpful, somewhat. But I can't control my sweating (apocrine, not endocrine), as much.

You know I didn't know I smelled before someone TOLD me I did and even then it took me a while to realize it was chronic. Afterwards, I just went to doctor after doctor which is a waste of time. The medical community has not caught up. There are no major breakthroughs for the treatment of bromhidrosis that I've seen coming out the US Medical community.

It wasn't until I searched it on Google that I even started to address this issue rather than ignore it.

I still have days where I simply don't care, lol. Like this whole week , so far. lol But today was one of my better days. I really like the Soapwalla, it's kinda the best thing I've used in a long time. What's strange? I cheated on my diet yesterday with Chinese food, which is pretty much the worst. Yet, like I said, today wasn't my worst day.

Sometimes I think it's my laundry... I need to wash my clothing better and work harder on getting that stench out.
